Only $35 for Most St. Louis Speeding Tickets

Getting pulled over every now and again is just a fact of life. Even the best drivers make an error once in awhile. But that doesn’t mean you have to live with the consequences that a traffic ticket can cause. Our St. Louis traffic attorneys work hard to resolve the ticket as quickly as possible so that it doesn’t turn into a nightmare. Our three main goals are:

  • No Points Against Your Driver’s License
  • No Increased Insurance Premiums, and
  • No Long Hours in Court

Our St. Louis traffic attorneys can represent you in a number of traffic related issues, including:

  • DUI/DWI
  • Speeding
  • Driving While Suspended
  • Driving While Revoked
  • Careless & Imprudent
  • Leaving the Scene of an Accident
  • Failure to Signal
  • Improper Signal
  • Hit and Run
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance
  • Following too Close
  • And many more!
Why Should I Hire a Lawyer?

Failing to contest your traffic ticket can cost you a lot more than just a fine. Tickets add points to your license, which could result in loss of your license and/or an increase in your car insurance rates.

What's so Bad About Having Points on my License?

If you accumulate four or more points in a 12-month period, the Driver Licensing Division will send you a letter warning that you are in danger of having your driver's license suspended.

If you accumulate eight or more points in an 18-month period, your driver's license will be suspended for 30 days. If this is your second suspension, you'll lose your driving privileges for 60 days, and 90 days on any subsequent suspensions.

If you accumulate 12 or more points in 12 months, 18 or more points in 24 months, or 24 or more points in 36 months, your driver's license will be suspended for one year. For more information on the Missouri Points System, click here.

I contacted The Bankruptcy Company for a speeding ticket. The service they provided was excellent and affordable. After emailing them a copy of the ticket, they they took care of everything else. I have referred several friends there, and they all have had the same experience. I highly recommend them. Ann Schrodt

I've used this firm twice, both for speeding tickets. Both times it was zero hassle: just a matter of giving them the ticket. I've also recommended them to my friends, who have had the same experience. (My friends and I speed a lot.) Highly recommended. I'm sure I'll be back. David Rieken
